As part of our CSR initiative, we have launched a special project in partnership with the S.T.A.R.T Institute in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. The S.T.A.R.T Institute: A Beacon of Hope for Children with Special Needs

The S.T.A.R.T Institute has been doing exceptional work for children with special needs, providing them with a supportive environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. The institute's team of dedicated professionals, led by Dr. Madhavi Awasthi, has been instrumental in helping these children overcome their challenges and reach their full potential.

Our Partnership: Empowering Students with Disabilities

We recognized an opportunity for meaningful collaboration with the S.T.A.R.T Institute and partnered with them to launch a special project that empowers students with disabilities. Our primary goal is to help these students become self-reliant by developing their skills and creating marketable products.

The Tie-Dye Stole Production Project: A Starting Point for Skill Development

We began with a tie-dye stole production project, which serves as a starting point to develop skills and create marketable products. Two students with hearing impairments, Manish and Chetan, are learning tie and dye skills under the guidance of their mentors, Mrs. Archana and Mrs. Kamal. This hands-on training is a crucial part of our initiative, as it helps the students develop valuable skills that can be applied in real-life situations.

A Long-Term Vision: Creating a Sustainable Program for Empowerment

Our long-term vision is to create a sustainable program that enables these students to achieve self-reliance through skill development and entrepreneurship. We aim to provide them with a supportive environment that fosters their creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship, ultimately helping them to become independent and self-sufficient.
